🗓️When are tickets delivered?
As part of our commitment to secure ticketing, all purchases are automatically reviewed for potential fraud. To protect against unauthorized transactions, ticket delivery may be delayed until the day before the event.
Occasionally, our system may send a mobile message to the cardholder to verify the email address associated with the purchase.
If you are purchasing tickets at the last minute, please ensure that your name, address, email, and phone number match the details on your payment card. Mismatches will lead to order cancellation, and the tickets will not be delivered.
